This tour combines some of Europe's most beautiful motorcycle routes as well as the most popular sights of the Balkans. Through seven countries to Greece and back by ferry.

With this guide, you will receive travel information, tour highlights, a fully developed route as a GPX file, which we have ridden and optimized ourselves, as well as recommendations for self-booking accommodations. The guide is available in German and English.

Tour overview:
Arrival day - Individual
You arrange your arrival in Villach, Austria, individually. Accommodation recommendations can be found in our guide.
Day 1 – Austria via Slovenia to Croatia (269 km)
The perfect start to the Balkan adventure: Via the Wurzen Pass into Slovenia and further through dense forests, past Bled Castle and over fantastic backroads towards Croatia.
Day 2 – Croatia: The Plitvice Lakes call (168 km)
Winding roads and impressive landscapes lead you to one of Europe's most beautiful national parks. The turquoise lakes and waterfalls are an absolute highlight of the trip.
Day 3 – Croatia: Lost Places and Split (322 km)
A stage full of contrasts: Abandoned military installations, spectacular viewpoints, and finally the Mediterranean flair of the coastal city of Split.
Day 4 – Croatia to Bosnia & Herzegovina (283 km)
Historic sites, impressive nature, and the famous Mostar Bridge make this day an unforgettable experience. Bosnia captivates with little traffic and endless curves.
Day 5 – BiH: Back to the past (299 km / optional 358 km)
This stage leads through the eventful history of the Balkans. Abandoned places and impressive memories of bygone times make the day special.
Day 6 – Welcome wonderful Montenegro (316 km)
Montenegro shows its most beautiful side: Breathtaking mountain roads, Lake Piva, and the legendary serpentines above the Bay of Kotor await you.
Day 7 – The lesser-known Montenegro (234 km)
Past Lake Skadar and historic bridges, the route leads deep into the heart of Montenegro. A day full of nature, curves, and spectacular views.
Day 8 – Into the Albanian Alps (290 km)
The Albanian Alps are among Europe's most pristine regions. Endless serpentines and impressive mountain landscapes make this section a paradise for motorcyclists.
Day 9 – By ferry through northern Albania (201 km)
An absolute highlight of the tour: The trip across Lake Koman leads through a landscape often compared to Norwegian fjords.
Day 10 – Short detour to North Macedonia (250 km)
Historic cities, the crystal-clear Lake Ohrid, and the special flair of North Macedonia provide a successful mix of culture and riding pleasure.
Day 11 – From Albania to Greece (290 km)
Over winding mountain roads, you enter Greece. The impressive Vikos Gorge and ancient stone bridges accompany this beautiful stage.
Day 12 – Greece Day 1 (287 km)
The pristine Pindos Mountains impress with secluded roads, deep gorges, and countless curves – motorcycling in its purest form.
Day 13 – Greece Day 2 (205 km)
The rugged nature of Greece once again shows its full beauty. Varied roads and impressive landscapes make this day a true adventure.
Day 14 – Greece Day 3 (236 km)
Finally, the route leads through the spectacular Tzoumerka National Park. Waterfalls, old stone bridges, and secluded mountain roads form the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable Balkan trip. The next day, you take the ferry to Venice.
