Shipping Policy for Digital Products

This shipping policy applies to all orders of digital products on motourvibes.de. It supplements the provisions on the delivery of digital content as set out in our Terms and Conditions (AGB).

Type of Products

The products offered are exclusively digital content, such as GPX files, tour recommendations in PDF format, or similar digital data. No physical shipping is involved.

Delivery

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, digital content is made available to the customer in the following ways:

  • Via direct access on the website: Immediately after purchase, the customer can access the files through a provided link (e.g. order confirmation page or customer account) and/or,
  • Via download: The customer receives a personal download link through which the product can be downloaded and/or,
  • Via email: Additionally or alternatively, the download link is sent to the email address provided by the customer.

    Delivery Time

    Access to the digital content is granted immediately after payment has been received, typically instantly, but no later than within 24 hours.

    Shipping Costs

    There are no shipping costs for digital products.

    Technical Requirements

    The customer is responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate technical requirements to open and store the digital content.
